Warranty

For knives purchased through this store, I provide a Lifetime Guarantee.

Terms of the lifetime warranty:

  • The warranty is given to the first user of the knife who purchased it through this website.
  • The lifetime warranty applies to the blade of the knife, used as intended, and maintained according to my recommendations available at this link. https://sharpasfknives.com/faq/
  • The warranty applies to errors that I may have made during the manufacture of the blade of the knife and does not apply to normal wear and tear resulting from proper use.
  • Each case will be individually reviewed, I want my client to have full confidence in my products.
  • The date of repair or replacement of the knife will be individually agreed with the customer.

Returns

A consumer who has concluded a remote contract may, within 14 calendar days, withdraw from the contract without stating a reason without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Section. 8.8 Regulations. Only a product that bears no signs of use and will be sent back in the same condition in which it arrived to the consumer will be returned.
