The blade (blank,blade) of a kitchen knife forged from ŁH16 steel. The knife has a forged texture on the blade, and a widened choil which is very comfortable for the index finger.
Blade is hand finished to 400 grit
I send the knife with a sharpened cutting edge. If you want to sharpen it yourself/yourself – let us know when you buy it.
