This unique knife is an interesting approach to the theme of an elegant hunting knife. The material I used to create the blade was created at Gregory Kaczynski’s forge, Loci Forge. It’s a five-layer laminate (called Go-mai or Cu-mai), where in the core we have amazing Apex Ultra high hardness steel, and on the covers we have copper and NMV steel. This gives a great visual effect while fully maintaining the utility of such a hunting knife.
The sheath was made of carbon fiber with pre-preg technology. The handle is the world’s hardest species of wood, -Arizona Ironwood. The wood has been finished with bead blasing, which improves the grip and highlights the amazing grain of this wood.
The scabbard was created from vegetable-tanned jucht, with a unique type of staining.
