Stainless steel folding knife, friction folder design. This means that the knife does not have a mechanical blade lock and is locked in the open position by holding the handle together with the blade tang , which overlaps the frame.
This type of folding knife was known in Europe as far back as 500 B.C., and spread through the Roman Empire.

My folders are a contemporary interpretation of this design.

The skeleton of the knife was created from forged grade 2 titanium. The blade is made of N690 stainless steel. The blade rotates on phosphor bronze washers and a stainless steel axle. The clip is forged from titanium and screwed with a stainless steel screw, the clip can be turned to the other side.

With a little practice, you can unfold and fold the knife with one hand, but it is safer to do it with two hands.
