Friction folder tanto 9cm – stainless steel folding knife

Stainless steel folding knife, friction folder design. This means that the knife has no mechanical blade lock and is locked in the open position by holding the handle together with the blade tang, which wraps around the frame.
This type of folding knife was known in Europe as far back as 500 B.C., and spread through the Roman Empire. My folders are a contemporary interpretation of this design.

The frame of the knife was created from forged 304 stainless steel. The blade is made of 4h13/420 stainless steel. The blade rotates on bronze washers and a stainless steel axle. .

With a little practice, the knife can be unfolded and folded with one hand.
