A full tang type machete forged from 50HF or spring steel. The blade has a forged fuller and guard that is an integral part of the blade.
The handle was created from micarta, made from a firefighter’s hose cover (hence the firefighter’s machete 😀 ) compressed with epoxy resin under high pressure. The rivets and the Lanyard Hole arepinned, and the handle itself is very comfortable, even for someone with a very large hands.
