A kitchen cleaver forged from NCV1 steel, with a traditional Balkan shape and a thin blade (around 3mm). This combination allows it to be used for chopping and slicing, as well as scooping and transferring food into dishes. A covex grind with an additional S-grind helps separate sliced materials. Forged texture on the blade prevents the sliced material from sticking to the blade. At the same time, the blade is not difficult to clean.
The handle was created from stabilized birch burl, the end of the handle is stainless steel.
NCV1 steel is not resistant to rust, but it maintains sharpness very well, it is easy to sharpen.
