A kitchen cleaver forged from NCV1 steel, with a traditional Balkan shape and a thin blade (around 3mm). This combination allows it to be used for chopping and slicing, as well as scooping and transferring food into dishes.
Forged texture on the blade prevents the sliced material from sticking to the blade. At the same time, the blade is not difficult to wash thoroughly.
80CRV2 steel is not rust resistant but it holds edge very well, sharpens easily and will be covered with a beautiful natural patina over time.
The handle grips are “borrowed” from the classic Colt 1911 pistol, which is known to have won two world wars 😀 The cleaver will be a great and useful gadget for a gun lover.
