If something is cutting, stabbing and shaving then I want to forge it! My interest in knives is a classic example of a passion that slowly turned into a job, but never stopped being an fun experience.

A good knife can be made in many ways. Forging it from a raw piece of steel gives it a unique character and shape that is difficult to achieve on CNC machines.
Forging is the most efficient and economical form of machining steel into knives and sometimes allows for the recycling of items not necessarily related to knives. On special order I can make knives and machetes from springs, springs, bearings, saws and files. In this way, things that would have ended up in scrap get a second life.
